The Privacy Policy sets out the principles regarding the processing of personal data as well as the collection, processing, and use of information about Users.
The privacy of users visiting the websites www.e-wasterecycling.pl and www.pulsrecyklingu.pl is especially important to the Administrator. Data provided by users are used solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
Definitions used in this Privacy Policy have the following meanings:

- User – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality using the websites.
Administrator
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we inform that the Controller of the personal data provided by the User is one of the companies within the Group:

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Administrator“).
The Administrator processes the following personal data of Users:
first name, last name, email address, phone number, location, data processed as part of the Google Analytics service: User’s unique advertising identifier, location, device identifier, date and time of website use, demographic data: country, city, language, gender, age, type and version of the operating system.
The Administrator processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:
- to establish contact via email and/or telephone with the User. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Administrator, particularly in promoting the Administrator’s products or services.
- to provide services selected by the User. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. When collecting data for purposes related to performing a specific contract, the Administrator provides the data subject with detailed information about the processing of their personal data at the time of concluding the contract or at the time of data collection.
- to analyze traffic on the websites www.e-wasterecycling.pl and www.pulsrecyklingu.pl using Google Analytics. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Administrator, especially in analyzing User activity and preferences to improve the functionality and services provided.
- for direct marketing of products or services offered by the Administrator. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Administrator, in particular in promoting the Administrator’s products or services.
- to fulfill obligations arising from legal regulations, including financial and tax obligations. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- to realize other legitimate interests of the Administrator, including in particular claiming and protecting against claims, and conducting correspondence related to the Administrator’s activities. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The legal basis for the Administrator sending marketing communications by email, telephone, or SMS or analyzing website traffic using tracking technologies, will be respectively Articles 398 and 399 of the Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time.
The Administrator processes only personal data necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing. Personal data are stored in a manner ensuring the security of the contained personal data (and other information) and disclosed only to authorized persons.

Information security and transfer outside the EEA
The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data, including protecting personal data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction. To guarantee the security of personal data, suitable personnel, organizational, technical (IT) and physical safeguards have been implemented. The Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries. However, if the Administrator is compelled to transfer your data to entities located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), where the level of personal data protection is not equivalent to that within the European Union, such personal data will be transferred with appropriate safeguards in place, using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other measures specified in Article 46(2) of the GDPR.

Your rights
You have the right to: request access to your personal data, rectify it, delete it or restrict its processing; object to the processing of your personal data; request the transfer of your personal data; and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). Where data is processed based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Providing personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide personal data will result in the Administrator being unable to provide services.
Period of personal data processing
The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the purpose of processing. As a general rule, data is processed for the duration of the service provision, until the withdrawal of consent or until a valid objection to data processing is made in cases where the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The processing period may be extended if processing is necessary for establishing, pursuing or defending claims and after that only to the extent and for the period required by law. After the processing period expires, data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
We inform you that Users’ personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes listed above:
- in relation to service provision – for the period necessary to provide the services and after that, based on currently applicable law (up to a maximum of 6 years);
- in relation to email contact – until an objection is raised, but no longer than 3 years;
- in relation to statistics and direct marketing – until consent to receive marketing communications is withdrawn;
- in relation to call recording – until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 1 year;
- in relation to pursuing or defending claims – until claims expire, but no longer than 2 years.
Entrusting the processing of personal data
The Administrator may entrust another entity with the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing a specific task. In the case of entrusting the processing of personal data to an external entity, the data processing agreement primarily specifies the subject and duration of the processing, the nature and purpose of the processing, the types of personal data and categories of data subjects, as well as the rights and obligations of the Administrator.
Data recipients
The Administrator may transfer data to entities providing services on behalf of the Administrator (hosting provider, accounting office, marketing agency, website maintenance company, provider of call recording tools).
The recipient of data collected via Google Analytics is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement. Due to the possible transfer of data outside the EEA, Google applies Standard Contractual Clauses and has also joined the “EU–US Data Privacy Framework” program.
